AICC Klosters 2014 – General Information
How to get thereKlosters is situated in the area of Graubünden in Switzerland, and the closest airport is Zurich which is 140km away from resort. There are several airlines which fly from the UK to Zurich including Swiss (www.swiss.com), British Airways (www.britishairways.com), Easyjet (www.easyjet.com) and BMI (www.flybmi.com). Currently Swiss is the only one of these airlines that does not charge extra for flying with skis!
Once in Zurich, Klosters can be reached by car or train. The journey by car will take approximately two hours,or by train about two and a half hours.
Train tickets to Klosters Platz can be bought at the airport or on line. The route involves changing at Zurich HB (the main station in Zurich) and Landquart. For more information about the train journey from Zurich airport to Klosters Platz visit the Swiss train website www.sbb.ch.

Ski passes are available for any number of days, but for reference a 4 day ski pass will cost CHF 245 (around £166).
Davos Klosters Mountains have kindly offered a 20% discount to AICC competitors for ski passes of 2-4 days duration. These can only be bought at the Gotschna lift station (Kasse 5). For anyone wanting a ski pass for longer than this then please register with Clair Southwell by e-mailing email@example.com and we will try and arrange a similar discount.
