Marden’s Club Subscriptions for 2012/13

Individual Member £20 (or CHF 50)

Family Membership £50 (or CHF 125)

Life Membership £500 (or CHF 1250)

Please note that Family Membership includes parent(s) and any number of children under 25.

Subscriptions are due annually on 1st September and all members must sign a Banker’s Order at the time of joining.

Temporary membership for a season costs £20 (or CHF 50) or family membership £50 (or CHF 125).

To qualify for a cup in any of the Marden’s races you must be a fully paid up member before the race.

New Members

Anyone applying for membership must complete and sign a Proposal Form. The Proposal Form must also be signed and dated by a Proposer and Seconder, who must be members and have known the prospective member for at least 2 years. The Proposer and Seconder should not be related to the prospective member or to each other. The proposer and seconder should include some brief comments in support of the application (eg the candidate’s relationship with Klosters, skiing ability, length of time known, reasons for wanting to become a member etc).

Only children of the prospective member who are under the age of 25 can be included in the family membership. Children over the age of 25 must apply separately for Individual Membership. Likewise upon reaching the age of 25, a child will cease to be included in the family membership and will be invited to become an Individual Member (in such instances a proposer and seconder is not required).

The Proposal form and Bankers order once duly completed should be sent together to the Hon Secretary. Upon election members are responsible for ensuring that the Hon Secretary, Marden’s Club, Nine Chimney House, Balsham, Cambridge, CB21 4ES

WARNING: If subscriptions are not paid by the due date for whatever reason, the member may be expelled from membership of the Club.
