Marden's is a not-for-profit club and the Officers of the Club, comprises of volunteers who devote their time for free, meeting throughout the year organizing racing, training and the general administration of the Club.

In exceptional circumstances Committee members have been awarded ex gratia payments in respect of significant contributions to the running of the Club.
